Heute früh habe ich eine Blüte an der Passiflora suberosa entdeckt. Diese Passionsblume hat so kleine Blüten, dass man sie leicht übersehen kann. Noch dazu, weil die Farben der Blüten, gelb und grün, sich in den Blättern tarnen. Dafür bildet sie ganze Trauben von Knospen aus und blüht dann jeden Tag. Doch es lohnt sich, die winzigen Blüten genauer zu betrachten, denn zumindest für meinen Geschmack sind auch sie wunderschön.

Passiflora suberosa flowers!

This morning, I discovered a flower on one of my Passiflora suberosa plants. The flowers of this Passion Flower are so small that you can easily oversee them. They have a diameter of only about 1 cm and are colored in green and pale yellow, so they perfectly hide in the foliage.But Passiflora suberosa produces lots of buds in bunches and opens them day by day. The little flowers are worth a second glance because they are little beauties. At least to my eyes!
